 #9 in the Embracing the Journey Series, this painting is how I remember Crete. I was fortunate to have spent a month on the island and my host gave me some newspapers to take home with me, as I knew I wanted to memorialize my time there. You can see bits of them in the rocks and shoreline. This beauty almost created herself. She poured out with the peace and joy I felt while staying there.
